2023 Business Improvement Grant

Downtown Bryan is the heart of our city and region. Committed building owners have helped our downtown remain intact, attractive, occupied, and a great place to do business and gather.

Our community values our downtown and wants to offer a helping hand. Renee Isaac and the Bryan Area Foundation have established a project fund to help building owners make improvements and protect their investments through matching grants.

Please review the Business Improvement Matching Grant Guidelines and Application. This is a terrific opportunity to take care of an overlooked project or make an exciting upgrade.
